What started as a curiosity for citrus fruit turned into a long term lifestyle project, celebrating the history and traditions of Italian citrus through visual journeys. We travel throughout Italy from North to South seeking out small citrus farms with long histories, the farms who are keeping old traditions alive.

Citrus Archive is an ode to intimate citrus cultivation across Italy, documenting and photographing ancient techniques, regional recipes and everything in between. Along our travels we source the best products from each farm which have been handmade using the family’s own fruit. These products will soon be available to purchase on our website and in select shops throughout London so that you too, can taste the many varieties of Italian citrus.
